New Podcast Alert: The Reboot Nerds

I am thrilled to announce that I’m now co-hosting a podcast called The Reboot Nerds, where myself and my co-host, Shelley Breen, test well-known and less-known life and business management hacks and apps and give our brutally honest reviews every fortnight.

As a Quality Management professional, efficiency is one of our core concerns when it comes to business processes and systems. However in the human services sector, efficiency cannot always come first - in a person centred care model, our clients come first, and our services need to meet their individual needs. Managers in human services need to balance productivity with operating in what can be a reactive environment. My focus when I support businesses is how to “trim the fat” and create processes that are easy to follow while meeting quality standards and legislative requirements.

The Reboot Nerds Podcast will look at apps and hacks that claim to enhance productivity and efficiency and see just how much real world application they have, with my focus, as always, being on the human services sector.
